Homegrown Terror
FBI officials say the most dangerous domestic terror groups in the U.S. might not be Islamic extremists ?but radical environmental and animal rights groups.
Recently-released excerpts of the National Intelligence Estimate say Americans can expect attacks from "single issue" groups within the next three years. In the past the FBI has said these include animal-rights and environmental groups.
Cybercast News reports a FBI counterterrorism official says actions such as the bombing of two California companies with ties to animal research in 2003 are part of "a relentless campaign of terror and intimidation." And a spokesman with the North American Animal Liberation group says the movement will use ?"any means necessary" to stop animal torture ?including violence.

In 1991 my daughter was removed from my home at gunpoint, without any court process whatsoever as required by state law. She was then assaulted and sexually molested by government bureaucrats and their agents. Ignoring a direct warning of the United States Supreme Court, I foolishly appealed to justice, filing a Federal Civil Rights Lawsuit. It was summarily dismissed after 58 docket entries in 60 days. I have waited over 7 years for my constitutionally guaranteed "day in court". I am still waiting.

TEENS POISONED BY BURGER KING EMPLOYEE IN FARMINGTON, NEW MEXICO
BLOOMFIELD ?Three Aztec teens were poisoned Tuesday night at the Burger King Restaurant in Bloomfield after arguing with a 25-year-old store employee at the drive-through window.
Police arrested Marisa Howard without incident at around 1:45 p.m. Wednesday at her house on South First Street following allegations she put sink sanitizer in a food order for three teens because she was upset about the verbal argument, according to Bloomfield Police Chief Drew Standley.
She was charged with aggravated battery, a third-degree felony; and two counts of child abuse, both third-degree felonies, according to police. Howard's bail was set at $30,000.
